Founded in 1989, Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists (IEMS) supports four emergency departments in Illinois. Led by the group’s President, Dr. Geoff Crabb, IEMS joined Emergency Care Partners (ECP) in September of 2019.
For more than 35 years, Illinois Emergency Medicine Specialists has provided quality-driven and compassionate emergency medicine services to eight hospitals in the greater Chicagoland area. IEMS presently supports the emergency departments at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, Glen Oaks, Hinsdale, and La Grange, OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center and OSF Heart of Mary Medical Center. Combined, the group represents over 236,000 annual patient visits. IEMS is a local physician group dedicated to the success of each emergency department they serve. IEMS’ regional and national resources support their ability to continue to provide customized value-added services to the hospitals and communities they serve.
Bolingbrook Medical Center is a 138-bed hospital that has been serving the community since 2008 and is less than 40 minutes from downtown Chicago. In addition to a full spectrum of modern-day health care, Bolingbrook Medical Center also provides services within a pain management center and Hepatitis C clinic.
