In his emergency department tenure, he transitioned from clinical practice into department management. As the APC Director at Insight Chicago Hospital and Medical Center, this background supports his oversight of clinical operations.
Falcon’s leadership spans a wide range of acute care environments. He previously served as a Lead APC for a special operations internal locums team, managing multi-state workflows, supporting detox and telemedicine programs, and contributing to a CME curriculum committee. His clinical background also includes multi-specialty emergency, observation, and hospitalist work, where he established quality protocols for observation medicine.
